How to reproduce

1. Open the documentation page: Disabling Github Copilot Free
2. Try to follow the steps in section Disabling Copilot Free in Github
3. After navigating to Copilot settings confirm, that there is no page element with text "Visibility" and no element with text "Show Copilot" on this page

Expected outcome

Either the documentation informs the user that there is no way of fully disabling Copilot Free in Github any more, or it contains updated information on how to disable Copilot Free in Github.
