Transforms scans to z-up alignment for scans and tries to align walls to x-y planes.

This code was developed under VS2013.

Requirements:

• our research library mLib, a git submodule in ../external/mLib
• mLib external libraries can be downloaded here

To run: alignment.exe [path to directory of scan to align]
